Product Description
This is a handmade wooden stirring spatula for stirring and mixing made from Cherry, Maple, and Walnut wood. It is a reproduction of a much-loved utensil that was sent to me after it broke because the handle’s neck had worn thin with use. It was decades old.
Size: 11 3/4 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide. Wood: Maple, Cherry, or Walnut options available in the pull-down menu. Blade. The blade is about a quarter inch thick nearest the handle and tapers to about an eighth of an inch at the tip of the curved blade. Finish: treated with beeswax and mineral oil mixture. Care: wash in hot soapy water. Detailed care and maintenance included.
I like this design. The handle feels good in the hand. It will be good for stirring, stir-frying, and mixing. I’m going to make this a regular item in the shop.
